One of my favorite places to visit is the ice cream shop because they are so incredibly welcoming to my dogs. It is such a joy to watch them get excited for their very own pup cups, which are filled with creamy vanilla ice cream and topped with a crunchy dog bone. Since I am allergic to pineapple, I always skip that version of the Dole Whip and instead treat myself to a strawberry cheesecake shake that is packed with real, delicious chunks of cheesecake. Sitting outside in the crowd is also a wonderful way to work on their socialization skills, as I love letting people pet them and see how well-behaved they are in public.
