Here is what we are expecting for colors and genetics:
The Mahogany Glow: some of puppies will have a rich, warm copper-red base color due to intermediate red intensity.
The Double Mask: someof puppies will have a solid dark muzzle and eyeliner (Black or Blue).
Brindle Patterns: Expect Reverse Brindles and Standard Brindles (Black or Blue stripes over mahogany).
Harlequins and Merles: Approximately 50 percent of the litter could be Harlequins or Brindle Merles.
Mantles: Approximately 50 percent of the litter could be Mantles or Flashy solids.
Ticking (50 percent Chance): About half the puppies could inherit Charlie’s dominant ticking. These freckles will bloom on white socks and muzzles at about 3 to 4 weeks old.
Blue Dilute (25 percent Chance): Some puppies could have charcoal-blue pigment instead of black.
What the Puppies WON’T Have:
No Solid Blacks.
No Lilacs or Chocolates.
No Double Merle Whites.
No Extreme Whites.
