At Duty Danes, our priority is to ensure every Great Dane lives a happy and fulfilling life. On rare occasions, one of our dogs may become available for rehoming. This can happen for a couple of reasons: sometimes a family’s life circumstances change, and they need to find a new home for their dog. We also believe that our breeding dogs, who have given us so much, deserve a life of leisure in a loving retirement home. They are not just breeding dogs for us; they are part of our family, and their well-being is our top priority.
The decision to rehome a dog is never taken lightly. To ensure a smooth transition and the best possible match, we use a comprehensive rehoming contract. This process helps ensure that each dog is placed with a family that will provide them with a secure and loving environment for the rest of their lives.
